Members earn rewards for actual miles flown or a minimum of 500 miles per eligible segment (whichever is greater) on all international flights including code share flights with ‘JM’ prefix.
Members should retain all flight documents (ticket receipts, boarding passes, etc.) until the statement listing the miles flown is received.
Members must provide their 7th Heaven Rewards account numbers when making flight or car rental reservations and when using the services of a 7th Heaven Rewards airline partner or non-airline partner.
Rewards miles may not be earned in conjunction with certain promotional fares or special offers.

Calculating Bonus Rewards
All bonus rewards miles are calculated on minimum or actual flight miles.
When more than one bonus is earned, each is calculated on actual flown flight miles.
Purchasing 7th Heaven Rewards MILES
Members can purchase up to 20% of the necessary rewards miles for a rewards ticket. Members cannot purchase rewards miles on partners.
Rewards miles may be purchased at a cost of US$30.00 per 1,000 miles or part thereof.
Payment must be made by cash or credit card at any 7th Heaven Rewards ticket office.
Purchase of rewards miles is only allowed when a member does not have sufficient miles in their account to obtain the reward. Only the exact number of rewards miles required for reward ticket not exceeding 20% of the required reward miles can be purchased.
