Immigration regulations for minors 18 years and under
Immigration regulation in Curacao with reference to minors (18 years and under) traveling unaccompanied or without their parents or legal guardians must have in their possession a signed letter from the parent along with a copied identification card with a signature to authenticate the signed letter, permitting travel. The persons on the receiving end must also have a copy of the parents’ permission and must inform immigration prior to the minors’ arrival that they will be responsible for their care while on the island.
If these criteria are not met then the minor will be refused entry and returned on the flight.
