Airport ticketing is not permitted. Reward tickets for travel on Air Jamaica or partner airline issued less than 7 days priorto departure date will be subject to a rush processing fee. Chairman's club members may access rush service at no extra cost. Third-party reward requests must be accompanied by a signed letter from the frequent flyer and faxed to (305) 669 6631 USA or (876) 929 5658 JCA along with a copy of the 7th Heaven member's valid ID.
